Our Process

Sasha's Sourdough is an all sourdough bakery the specializes in long fermented dough. Known for custom and unique flavored loaves. With a variety of pastry, flatbread, sandwiches, and more. Everything is made in house &  from the same "mother" (naturally fermented). Gluten range is around 200ppm’s- very low in comparison to bread found in traditional grocery stores.  With 1 out of 3 of our customers having a gluten sensitivity, Sasha's Sourdough provides enjoyable options you can trust. Ingredients are all organic and locally sourced when possible. Dough is made from Organic Unbleached Bread Flour (not enriched), filtered water, & pink salt. 

 

Using methods that date back to 3000 BC; even our starter is from scratch.   If you didn't know- Sourdough is packed with so many nutrients, healthy carbs, protein, fiber, iron and folate. It can improve digestion, lower chronic disease risk, & even promote healthy aging. A true "Blue Zone" food! Making sourdough the healthiest bread to enjoy.
